Emerald Building Services, Inc.(EBS) is a contracting firm providing construction services on projects in Texas and beyond. The Sr. Management team have provided construction services on hundreds of projects in more than 70 years of combined construction experience. EBS was formed in 2005 with one goal in mind. BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
General Contractor: EBS has experience in of a multitude of projects. Our projects have included restaurants, sports facilities, tenent improvements, doctor offices, laboratories and warehouse projects. We have created a large team of the top subcontractors in their respective fields. With the extensive background in different project types and conditions, EBS can handle difficult projects and extreme conditions.
Working with our team of architects and engineers EBS can plan and design build a project including all drawings, plans, specifications and construction documents.
Demolition: EBS has completed demolition on both interiors and total building removals. EBS has the consultants for asbestos removal and can manage the project start to finish. EBS has the right equipment and operators to ensure the project flows smoothly.
Concrete Contracting: Our concrete crews specialize in concrete construction from simple slabs, bulkheads, to multiple story buildings including post tension, pan slabs and conventional reinforced slabs and grade beams. Our finishers are trained in stamp and stain concrete and exposed aggregate finishes.
Construction Management: In certain instances it will be in the owners best interest to have a firm like EBS act in a construction management role rather than traditional General Contracting. EBS can handle this aspect as well.
EBS carries one million dollars in general liability insurance. All workmanship is warranted in accordance with the projects contract.
